Assembler – 1st Shift, $19.50/hr – Fort Wayne, IN

Workbox Staffing is hiring for an Experienced Assembler, in Fort Wayne, IN.
Assembly experience is necessary.
 
In this role, you will be tasked with assembling screens and feeders, and their subassemblies following blueprints and other written and
verbal specifications by performing the following duties. You will be responsible for aligning components and bolting them together, operating a hoist or crane to move and assemble subcomponents, operating power tools, and filing and grinding metal to clean parts or produce close fit between parts.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
  • Assembling Experience
  • Ability to work with power tools
  • Overhead hoist or crane experience 
  • Work at a steady pace 
 
Skills:
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply & divide all units of measure
  • Attention to detail  
  • Strong work ethic 
  • Reliable transportation
