Job Description
Assembler, $15.00/hour - 1st Shift - Shelby
A Shelby manufacturer that specializes in producing robust, high-quality library and educational furniture is seeking Assemblers workers to join their growing team on 1st Shift! Hours are 7:00am-3:40pm (Monday-Friday.) Overtime may be required.
The Assembler will be responsible for gathering, cleaning, and assembling cabinet components per customer specifications while following company standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift over 50#'s as needed
- Will need to work as part of a team to meet production standards
- Attention to detail, interpret written and verbal work instructions, safety procedures, and operational procedures
- Ability to use hand and power tools

- Assembly of furniture
Working as part of a team to machine, inspect, and package parts. Will assist in the shipping/receiving department with general labor duties as needed. This is a full-time temporary to permanent opportunity.
