Assembly - 1st Shift - $16.50/hr– Dexter, MI

Responsibilities:
• Assemble parts using bolts, clips, screws, or otherwise to fasten parts together.
• Works at different workstations as production needs require.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, looks for ways to improve and promote quality,
applies feedback to improve performance, and monitors own work to ensure quality.
• Adapts to changes in the work environment with the ability to manage frequent changes,
delays, or unexpected events.
Qualifications:
• Able to work overtime as necessary/required including weekends.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment and able to work overtime as
required.
• Able to lift 15 to 50 pounds repeatedly during regular work assignments.
• Able to walk and stand continuously.
• Able to follow written instruction
As an assembler, you will be expected to assemble, inspect, and package finished toilets on various time-monitored manufacturing lines. These are toilets that go inside RVs and campers. They are made out of plastic, not porcelain. Overtime is mandatory and frequent. CURRENTLY OFFERING Accelerated Hiring Program!!!
