Apprentice Plant Manager, $19/hr - Detroit MI

Qualifications: 
  • Must have very strong computer skills.
  • Prior experience working with steel preferred.
  • College degree preferred.

  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
 
Employees in this position will work under the current Plant Manager as he prepares for retirement. Strong computer skills and leadership skills are required in this position. You will work both in an office and out on the plant floor. Most of this position will be shadowing and assisting the Plant Manager to slowly learn all the skills, activities, and leadership traits needed to take over in the position. The goal is to work under the current Plant Manager for about a year or until fully prepared to take over.
