Agricultural Laborer, $14/hr – 1st Shift - Montague

A Montague greenhouse is seeking Agricultural Laborers on 1st Shift.  Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday.)  Overtime will be required into the evenings and on the weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Ability to work in all weather conditions

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions 

  • Must be able to work independently  

 
Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to safely up to 50 pounds is required 

  • Ability to work overtime as needed

  • Previous agricultural experience is preferred 

  • Valid drivers license is required

  • Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills are required 

 

Agricultural Laborers will be responsible for planting, growing, and moving of plants and products to various greenhouses and shops within the property.
