Agricultural Laborer, $13.50/hour - Montague

A local greenhouse and gardening center is looking for agricultural laborers for 1st Shift.  Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday.) Overtime will be required into the evenings and on the weekends as needed.  

Skills:

• Ability to work in all weather conditions

• Ability to safely use various gardening tools

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions 

• Ability to work in a team and also independently

• Must be flexible and be able to work in multiple areas.

Qualifications:

• Ability to safely up to 50 pounds is required 

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Valid Driver's License is required 

• Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills are required 
   

  Agricultural laborers will be taking on some or all of the responsibilities listed below, based on needs and ability:

  • Transplanting
  • Plant Moving
  • Order Picking
  • Retail Clerk
  • Order delivery to our retail stores
