Job Description
AOI Operator, up to $20/hour, Sterling Heights, Michigan

Qualifications:
Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to lift to 40lbs.
Ability to stand through whole shift.
Able to do repetitive work.
Skills:
Ability to read and write in English
Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department
supervisor.
Records and/or repairs all SMT defects found by AOI machine and communicates
failures to SMT operator..
Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Read and understand work instructions.
The AOI Operator will be responsible for the build and assembly of electronic equipment for RV's. He/she will ensure consistent quality and operational standards throughout the work order, while maintaining a clean and safe work space. Expectations for this role include personal involvement for the success of the company, courtesy and being respectful of all co-workers, arriving on time, physically and mentally ready to work. After your time with Workbox, you will be considered for hire-in!
