3rd – Die Cast Operator - $19.77/hr - Lansing

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work overtime 
  • Regular and punctual attendance
  • Comfortable working in a team and able to get along with coworkers
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and develop skills
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing – minimum 6 months. 1 year preferred
  • Able to lift 50lbs, stand on feet for shift, bend, and twist at the waist
  • Comfortable using hand tools 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment 
  • Other duties as assigned 
 
A typical day working at this company looks like working Sunday through Thursday, plus overtime. There are lots of opportunities for double time! This is an entry level-role, you will complete on-the-job training, and learn more skills to keep moving up the ranks. There are 4 opportunities for promotions, and each comes with a raise in pay! You will be trained in the Die Cast Operator role, which means you will be loading products onto the conveyor, ensuring all material is labeled and recorded properly, effectively working with the Die Cast Operator, assisting maintenance, meeting production levels, and achieving & maintaining targets!
