Quality Assurance Manager, up to $23/hr, Wayne, MI
 
We are seeking a hardworking reliable Quality Assurance Manager to join a locally owned, growing company eager to invest in the right candidate. In this position you will have the opportunity to learn how the critical role of the Quality Assurance Manager is to ensure that production at this growing company stays on schedule.
 
Qualifications: 
  • 5+ years’ experience working in Quality Assurance/ Control.
  • Good communication skills.
  • 4+ year degree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering.
Skills:
 
  • Able to read measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape measures, and gauges.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Decision-making skills.
  • Mathematical skills.
 
For the Quality Assurance Manager role, you will oversee/ manage 8 – 10 employees and are responsible for overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these units. Additional responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work as well as addressing complaints and resolving problems!
