1st Shift - Forklift Operator (Heavy Equipment)- $17/hr.  - Savannah, GA
 
Workbox Staffing is hiring Forklift Operator in Savannah, GA.

This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity!
 
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Safely operate forklift to move products or materials for transportation.
  • Load, unload steel, wood, and other general products and/or materials safely
  • Stack and/or transport materials and products to designated areas
  • Prepare to get on and off lift to perform various duties as needed 
  • Perform daily safely inspections per the Safety Checklist on forklifts
  • Communicate and report any incidents to supervisor
  • General Labor may be assigned as needed 
  • Any miscellaneous duties assigned by supervisor
 
Qualifications: 
  • Must have at least 1 year of forklift experience within the last year
  • Must be able to pass a forklift certification test 
  • Excellent depth perception for forklift safety and accuracy
  • Licensed forklift preferred- not required. 
  • Attention to detail
