Warehouse Manager, up to $80K, Troy MI

Qualifications: 

• Experience operating a stand-up Hi-Lo

• 3-5 years of experience in Supervisory role(s)

• Ability to stand for most of the shift 

Skills:

• Create production report and summary. This includes obtaining all necessary information needed to create report

• Participate in production meeting to discuss issues that arise with material flow and personnel

• Ensure warehouse staff are doing assigned tasks and are being completed in a timely manner while following specific guidelines

• Order all supplies needed for day to day operation of the warehouse while trying to stay within a set budget

• Control all parts documented with quality issues whether they are internal or external issues

• Monitor shipments, audits and packing to ensure highest quality and efficiency possible

• Contact O.S. vendors to track parts as needed

• Assist in sorting and packaging

• Assist in re-sorting quality issue parts

• Unload and load trucks as needed

• Operate and maintain Hi-Lo

We are seeking a hardworking, reliable Warehouse Manager. This person would be responsible for overseeing picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation and administrative functions. You will also be responsible in training, evaluating and rewarding staff. You will ensure the maintenance of company assets.
