Call Center Associate, 1st Shift $10.50/hr + bonuses – Lansing, MI

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior call center experience – minimum 1 year
- Strong customer service experience
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Preferred Skills:
- Read and understand work instructions.
- Strong communication skills
- Able to effectively set appointments with businesses
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
As a Call Center Associate, you will be making outbound calls to businesses in hopes to set meetings in the area! This position has a base rate plus bonuses and commission, where the average employee earns $15-16/hr, and above-average performers earn up to $25/hr!
