1st - Production Supervisor, $25.00+/hr- Elkhart, IN

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience in leadership in an industrial setting
• Understanding of MIG Welding and Robotic Welding a plus
• Must be good with Hand Tools
• Familiar with Powder Coat Paint
• Familiar with loading trucks and packing products
• Basic understanding of the ISO Quality Program
• Basic Understanding of light assembly
• Strong Understanding of Steel Tube Fabrication



Preferred Skills:


• Leadership skills
• People Orientated
• Computer operation- basic
• Ability to learn quickly

Ready for a day in the life of a Production Supervisor; A 1st shift position, arriving
before the shift starts to open the facility, then overseeing shift production employees and day-to-day operations. Temporary to hire opportunity!
