Welding Production Worker

We focus on chassis, cold and hot forming auto parts, and complex assemblies. For this position you will start out by getting familiar with our production lines with working as a part assembler and part packager. Once you are familiar with the process you will be introduced to our welding machines that are used to create various parts and chassis frames that we produce. With being a production line, parts will come at a certain speed and being able to get comfortable, and in a groove, with your assignment on the line will help you become very successful at this role. Some parts that we use can be up to 35 lbs so there is a physical component to this position. We are very confident that we can set you up to be successful in our company and we can train you to ensure you know what your responsibilities are. We hope to see you on the line soon!
Experience and Compensation:
Preferred 1 year of experience working in an industrial warehouse.
Temp to Hire: Employees that show good effort, performance, and attendance, can get hired in full time which comes with a pay raise.
