Production Laborer, $14.00 - Grand Haven

A local company specializing in a full range of tube and metal fabrication for a variety of industries is seeking Production Laborers for their paint line to join their 1st Shift growing team!  Hours are 7:30 am-3:30 pm (Monday-Friday.)  Overtime may be required.

Qualifications:

• Will be loading and unloading metal parts onto a paint line.  

• Will follow operational instructions and work procedures to ensure the quality of work being performed.  

• Will be inspecting parts for paint defects or any quality issues.  

• Must be able to cross-train in other areas of the shop as needed (robotic welding, grinding, saws/autos, etc.) 

Skills:

• Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude. 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis is required. 

• Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.

• GED or High School diploma is required. 

• Able to read and interpret a variety of written procedures, part numbers, and operational instruction sheets.  

• Previous manufacturing experience is required.
