Job Description

A locally owned and family operated in Elkhart, IN. Specializing in metal fabricating  (manufactures truck bed toolboxes, Amazon bumper steps, and other client-specific needs.)  RC Industries is looking for workers to join their Paint line/ Unload team.  

Responsibilities:
Working on the paint line you will be loading/ racking finished metal toolboxes/ bumper steps to run through the spraying machine.  Once complete you will inspect the product and place it for shipment. 

Shift: 6am-2pm

Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift 50-75lbs
  • Stand for 10 hours
  • Able to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch (testing required)
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Using basic handtools
