PPG is Hiring! 2nd shift - $15.00/hour

A Grand Haven company specializing in the manufacturing of various coating applications is seeking Production Laborers for 2nd shift. Hours are 3:00pm-1:30am (Monday-Thursday.) Must be able to training on 1st shift and then move to 2nd shift. The qualified candidate will put raw material into hoppers, assisting with the batching process, weighing powder coat, and assisting in staging products for shipment. Seeking a team player with previous manufacturing experience and a solid work ethic.

This is a full-time contract to permanent job opportunity. Over time throughout the week and weekends may be required. Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid holidays/vacations, plus more.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a steady, medium to a fast-paced environment
• Must be very detailed oriented with excellent dexterity
• Must be self-motivated with excellent attendance
• Ability to work in a physical position with lifting up to 50 lbs is required
• 6+ months of previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is required
• Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions and safety procedures
• Must be able to work overtime
• Ability to wear a half piece respirator is required
