The molding inspection auditor is responsible for the handling, inspecting and packing of parts that meet all stated quality requirements, with timely recording of data, in a neat and safe manner.
Good understanding of our safety policy. Must wear safety glasses at all times on the production floor. No cell phone usage on the floor. Be aware of surroundings, watch and listen for lift trucks on the production floor.
Maintain a clean workstation during and at the end of your shift.
Return tools to the proper location.
No personal items at the workstation. Locker will be assigned at start of employment.
Stretch per guidelines daily at the start of your shift.
Inspect and pack product utilizing provided tools such as FPA, FPC, Boundary samples, OITM, SIRN, ICN and Quality alerts. Associate must have a good understanding of each provided tool and how to use them.
Certification for all jobs once able to demonstrate ability.
Associate to complete daily tally sheet hourly. This is our production tracking sheet.Use PLS (Production labeling system) and AX for scrap entry as required.
Able to pass mold defect training.
Proper labeling of product, matching part to label as required.
Willingness to train new associates (buddy system), a must.
Work where needed across departments if required.
Teamwork is a must.
