Job Description

MISSION:

Working in a manufacturing environment running a plastic injection molding machine

KEY OUTCOMES:

1. Running a plastic injection molding machine

ADJECTIVES:

Medium to fast pace and very repetitive work, clean environment, can get hot around the molding machines, temperature controlled

COMPETENCIES:

1. Ability to work in a steady, medium to fast pace environment

2. Ability to lift 5-25 pounds repetitively

3. Ability to work very repetitive task

4. Must be able to stand for 10 to 12 hours a day- Must be able to work overtime when needed

5. LOTS of Overtime ; Monday - Sunday. 6/7 days a week.

6. Must be dependable and a hard worker

SKILLS:

1. Willing to train

Report to work at 2:20pm - First day.

Park on the side/back of the building. Not in the front of the building. That is for office workers.
