Machine Builder, $18+/hr BOE, Day Shift, Dexter MI

We are seeking a Machine Builder for a machine shop in Dexter, MI. The ideal candidate will have experience with interconnecting conduit and wiring, experience in panel building, be able to read mechanical drawings, and have a desire to learn/grow with a company!

Knowledge, skills, and abilities (Desirable qualifications):
 
- Must comprehend electrical schematics
- Must have a good working knowledge of circuit board building 
- Must have excellent soldering skills
- Must pay attention to detail 
- Must be able to read mechanical drawings
- Must be willing to learn new tasks
- Positive attitude and work ethics
- A steady successful work history
- Maintain perfect attendance no unexcused absences
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must work as a team member to meet goals
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the Dexter area
 
Relevant Experience:
 
- Maintenance technician experience a plus
- Jobs working with electrical or mechanical parts a plus
- Machine building experience a plus
