Job Description

A locally owned and family operated in Elkhart, IN. Specializing in metal fabricating  (manufactures truck bed toolboxes, Amazon bumper steps, and other client-specific needs.)  RC Industries is looking for workers to join their Laser Operation team.  

Responsibilities:
Working on the laser operation line you will be using basic handtools along with reading blueprints to assemble and laser (cut out) product using micrometers, protractors, and tape measurements. Once the product has been accurately cut it is sent to the weld line. 

Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift 50-75lbs
  • Stand for 10 hours
  • Able to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch (testing required)
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Using basic handtools
  • Ability to understand and read/ use protractors & micrometers (must have experience 2+years)
