Account Administrator Job Description
The Account Administrator handles communications between an assigned list of key Company accounts and our vendors, internal warehouse and financial departments. The ability to communicate via phone, email and text in a professional, clear and concise manner is a key requirement for this position. Responsibilities include receiving and processing customer orders. Using proprietary software to generate appropriate shipping documents. Oversight of customer inventory records to include receiving, shipping and audit reports. Other responsibilities may include organizational management and accumulating labor statistics, or other data as required by management for special projects. Attention to detail and timeliness in the fulfillment of job responsibilities are prerequisites for this position.
