POSITION SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for executing and maintaining effective and successful digital marketing programs to support organizational objectives. Major areas of accountability include developing and implementing digital advertising campaigns, website management, social media growth, and email marketing. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating development and executing content for all digital platforms. The Digital Marketing Manager will maximize program return-on-investment by managing to measurable performance benchmarks and KPIs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Be a creative champion! Manage the design, creation and publication of marketing materials in line with marketing plans. Guide the development of the brand voices, the look & feel, and marketing persona to maximize effectiveness.

Implement cross-channel and multi-channel marketing strategies.

Build and maintain social media/blog content, strategy, and calendar.

Develop and execute digital marketing advertising and promotion campaigns.

Research industry trends and stay informed of competitor digital strategies

Align activities to various marketing objectives by working closely with cross-functional internal teams.

Support development of overall marketing strategy, brand management, trade/industry marketing and corporate identity for the company in line with company objectives.

Evaluate and report on performance of marketing campaigns including engagement levels and return on investment.

Optimize web and email campaigns through A/B testing and analyzing test results for actionable insights.

KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Proficient with Google Analytics to analyze performance and continually optimize marketing campaigns.

Expert in social media platforms, building audiences, and engaging the audience

Ability to write compelling copy.

Experience using MailChimp, MailMunch, and Survey Monkey

Experience with Shopify website management and template updates

Experience designing and developing emails, using HTML and templates.

Experience with Facebook ad manager, Google Adwords, and Google Analytics

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

2-3 years of digital marketing experience

EDUCATION REQUIRED

Minimum of a bachelors degree or related experience in a related field.
