Customer Service Representative Vidalia, Ga
Execute daily work assignments as provided by supervisor in accordance with all safety, quality and productivity standards. Daily assignments will be related to the service and management of customer accounts. Daily task will require proactive planning and coordination between departments, communicating and trouble shooting time sensitive issues with key accounts. Time management and communication skills are critical.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Work closely with customers, sales and manufacturing to ensure customer satisfaction
Use and understand company specification's on equipment and consumables
Ability to provide accurate and timely support to key accounts on any issues regarding customer service.
Solve any customer issues in a cross functional setting involving sales team, manufacturing team and customer.
Computer skills to input data, track product and customer orders and communicate internally and externally.
