Customer Service Representative

Execute daily work assignments as provided by supervision in accordance with the safety, quality, and productivity standards. Daily assignments will be related to the service and management of customer accounts. Daily task will require proactive planning and coordination between departments, communicating and trouble shooting issues with key accounts and will be time sensitive in their nature. Time management and communication are critical.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform all work assignments in accordance with safety and quality polices practices, and procedures.
Work closely with customers, sales and manufacturing to ensure that customers needs are exceeded.
Use and understand company specification on equipment and consumables to be able to provide customer correct information.
Ability to plan proactively with customer to prevent any issues before they become critical.
Ability to provide accurate and timely support to key accounts on any issues before they come to customer service with
Remediate any customer issues in a cross functional setting that may include members of the sales team, manufacturing team and representative from the customer.
Ability to use a computer as required to input data, track product and customer orders and communicate internally and eternally throughout the company
Ability to work well as a member of a team and individually.
