Machine Operator, $13.75 - Holland 

A growing Holland manufacturer of chipboard partitions and custom-engineered reusable/returnable interior packaging is seeking Machine Operators to join their team!  Hours are 3:30pm-11:30pm (Monday-Friday) with required overtime.  

Workbox Staffing is hiring Machine Operators in Holland.  

Will set up and operate basic machinery, package partitions/crates, and customer-specific orders to ensure scheduled production is completed in a timely manner.

• Ability to work in a steady, medium to fast pace environment.

• Ability to work on very repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Ability to comprehend & interpret documents such as work instructions, safety procedures & operation procedures.

• Ability to do machine operation work and cross-train in other departments is required.  

Qualifications:

• Ability to safely up to 50 pounds is required 

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• GED/High school diploma is required

• Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills are required
