Job Description:
As a customer service representative we are looking for employees that are great communicators. This position is in charge of making sure that items we are delivering get to places they need to be. To be successful in this position you will need to be able to track shipments and use basic data entry skills. You will find in this position that every day may be a different task. We receive items from Detroit Metro Airport, from trucks on the ground, and sometimes from shipments from boats. For this position, most of the work will include air shipments primarily. Your job will be to ensure that all of these items are in a proper, organized, location in our warehouse and are ready for export.

Experience and Compensation:
Preferred 1 to 2 years of experience working in customer service role.

Starting pay is $15.00 an hour, with normal 40 hour weeks, and chances of overtime.

Temp to Hire: Employees that show good effort, performance, and attendance, can get hired in full time which comes with a pay raise.
