Administrative Assistant Position, $14-17/hour BOE- Detroit, MI
-Data Entry of sales orders, routers, delivery notes, sales invoices, purchase orders and other related items into SAP computer system.
-Responding to sales calls/inquiries/returns
-Copying, filing, faxing, e-mailing, sorting and compiling carious reports, prints, ect.
-Inventory maintenance/processing/replenishments in SAP computer system
-Follow-up on open orders (sales orders and purchase orders)
-Backup to outside sales personnel
-Misc clerical duties
-Must have a High school diploma or GED
-Minimum of three years of work experience in data entry/customer service positions
-Microsoft Office experience with Word/Excel/Outlook
-Knowledge/Experience in Manufacturing company with inventory processing
-Ability to ready blueprints and experience in SAP is a PLUS, not required.
-Able to multitask
-Work with others as a team player
-Possess organizational skills
-Reliable and arrive for scheduled work hours on-time
