Fabricator of aluminum sheet metal and galvanized steel, FRP coil and sheet for the RV manufacturing industry. We are a leading supplier in roll forming by being responsive to a demanding market and upholding a reputation for quality, value, and customer service and support.

Machine Operators will be responsible for operating a metal forming line or press while keeping the machined parts within the specifications determined by Customers, or operating simple machines individually or with a partner with minimal to no oversight.

Job Duties:

Safety policies through example, wearing all required protective equipment to maintain a safe work environment Steel toe shoes are required on production floor.

Performing quality checks on parts using a tape measure to verify customer specifications

Checking paperwork to verify information against order entry

Completing and processing paperwork as needed

Checking parts as they come off the line for defects (e.G. Dents, scratches, chips, dirt)

Stacking and packaging parts as needed

Strive to increase personal operations knowledge and experience with safety mechanisms of assigned machines, functions of machines from mentoring supervisor, cross training on additional machines or in additional areas.

Other duties as needed

Job Requirements:

Ability to assess basic blueprints or sample parts

Must be able to remain in a stationary upright position for up to 100% of the shift.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., and push/pull up to 75 lbs. On a wheeled cart

Work in a fluid environment fast-paced, efficiency-driven when orders are high; when slower, focusing on longer-term projects or seeking out areas of opportunity.

Must be able to position self above, below, and around all parts of the machine.

Communicate effectively with partners regarding a variety of tasks

Candidates must be goal oriented as they will be responsible for meeting deadlines

Capable of working with others in a group or Team setting

Excellent attendance and understanding of value that all Team Members add to the Team.
