Workbox Staffing is hiring for direct roles at a Middleville manufacturer. After a 45 day probation period, raises will be available up to $19/hour!

Our client is looking for assembly associates to assist in water heater manufacturing. The client offers zero dollars ($0) employee contribution medical Medical, dental, and Rx (Employee, Spouse, Child, Family), a $0.50 increase in pay every 6 months until you reach top rate (up to $19.98), a $1,000 Attendance bonus, a 401K with company matching, 12 paid holidays- including your birthday, Tuition Assistance Program, and Ability to grow within the organization!

Qualifications:

• Ability to function in a team environment.

• Must have predictable and reliable attendance. 

• Ability to stand for the entire shift. 

• Speaking English is not required!
