 Operations Team Lead, $18.50 - Canton, MI

Qualifications: 
  • Previous work with Raw Materials (powder and resin) preferred
  • Creating batch off a recipe card
  • Load raw material into a large mixing hopper
  • Hook up sacks of materials to be lifted and opened in hoppers. 
Skills:
  • 5-7 year years of related experience, preferably within the plastics or automotive industry
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
