Machine Builder, $22/hr - Auburn Hills, MI

Qualifications: 
  • Experience building heavy duty industrial machinery
  • Must be able to assemble prefabricated metal parts to build machinery, move and align subassemblies and components and install major components.
  • Must be able to operate MIG welder, hand and power tools
  • Must have your own tools
 
Skills:
  • Must be able to meet physical requirements and lift up to 70 lbs
  • Must be able to read blueprints
  • Must be able to drive forklift
  • Attention to detail
 
A day in the life at this company for this position consists of showing up and working 6am-2:30pm Monday through Friday. In this position, you’d be responsible for fitting and assembling components according to assembly blueprints, manuals, sketches, etc. You’ll also be be required to use your knowledge of machine construction to construct, rebuild, and repair machines and equipment, using hand and power tools. This is a great opportunity for someone to put their knowledge to work and grow with the company!
