Account Planner, $21.00 - 1st Shift -Grand Rapids

Prefferd Qualification:
- Ability to coordinate and manage communications (written and verbal) between customers, subcontractors, and the company.
- Ability to analyze customer, sales, and third-party-provided data to provide the customer with their desired materials on time.
- Ability to organize systems and data to best manage customer requirements.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while remaining detail oriented.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills, communicating in a professional manner is essential.
- Ability to read and follow complex instructions.
- Computer literate, able to proficiently use SAP, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Customer service skills
- Strong math and data processing skills.
- Communication skills
The primary function is to plan for the customer’s needs, with aid from sales, while also working with plant personnel to optimize
production. This position may propose production optimization plans and alternative planning methodologies for assigned accounts. Additionally, this position must develop a proficient understanding of the SAP system to ensure accuracy and that appropriate planning decisions are made.
