Auto Detailer – 1st shift - $13.00/hr – Grand Rapids

Calling all car enthusiasts! 

Workbox Staffing is hiring Auto Detailer in Grand Rapids.  

This position is responsible for cleaning and services various vehicles in prep for sale at a local car dealership.

What you will do:
  • Conduct carpet extraction and dying.
  • Use various tools of the trade such as brushes, cloths, cleaners, disinfectants, acid, abrasives vacuums.
  • Headlight restoration, and wheel buffing/polishing.
  • Clean windows, apply dressings, apply/remove decals, inspect vehicles for cleanliness and damage.
  • Keep a clean work area
  • Drive vehicles on the lot

What you need:
  • High level of safety awareness
  • Knowledge of automobile surfaces and products
  • High School Dip/GED
  • Valid MI DL in good standing
  • Work ethic
  • High level of physical mobility to clean vehicles inside and out
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
